Customer authorizes Provider to bill and charge Customer's payment method on file monthly for immediate payment

State and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida
General Cap Amount
1× the Fees paid or payable in the 12 months preceding the claim
Data accuracy. The Cloud Service compiles information from official records and third-party auction sites. Provider does not warrant that any listing, valuation, property characteristic, or auction date is accurate, complete, or current. Customer is solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it. No express or implied warranty of accuracy is made, and any such warranty is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Not advice. The Cloud Service is an informational tool. Nothing in it constitutes investment, legal, tax, or real-estate advice, and Provider is not acting as Customer's advisor, broker, or fiduciary.
Cancellation. Customer may cancel at any time before the end of the current Subscription Period; access continues through the end of that period and does not renew. Fees already paid are not prorated or refunded.
Non-payment. If a charge fails, Provider may retry for up to seven days and then suspend or terminate access.
Deleted sections. The following Standard Terms sections do not apply: Service Level Agreement, Professional Services, Additional Warranties, Increased Claim Amount, Unlimited Claim Amount, Data Processing Agreement.
