Questions

How much does Auxelerate cost?

Auxelerate is $150 per month for one state. Florida is live now. National coverage is $350 per month and surplus-funds leads are $400 per month; both are in development and you can join the waitlist. There is no setup fee and no contract.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Auxelerate is month to month. You can cancel at any time from inside the app, and you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.

What do I get for $150 a month?

Access to every upcoming foreclosure auction Auxelerate tracks across Florida, updated live, with the full property record for each one — beds, baths, living area, year built, assessed and just value, last sale price and date, subdivision, zoning, and land use. You can filter on any of those fields to see only the sales that match what you buy.

Where does the auction data come from?

Auxelerate aggregates publicly available Florida foreclosure auction listings and enriches them with public property records. The data is presented for information only — always verify a listing against the authoritative source before you bid.

Does Auxelerate cover tax-deed auctions?

Not yet. Auxelerate currently covers foreclosure auctions. Tax-deed coverage is planned and will be added for existing customers.

Can I try it before I pay?

You can create an account for free and see how the terminal works. The live auction feed itself requires an active subscription.

How often does the data update?

Continuously. The terminal holds an open connection to the database, so new and changed auctions appear without a page refresh.
