Auxelerate is a monthly (or quarterly) subscription. You can cancel at any time — there's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Email [email protected] and we'll cancel your subscription. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for; you will not be charged again after that.
We don't provide refunds for time already used in your current billing period — canceling stops future charges, it doesn't refund the current one.
If you're within your first 7 days as a subscriber, contact us for a full refund of your initial charge. This window applies once, to your first charge only — it does not reopen with each renewal.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, the wrong amount, or a charge after you'd already canceled — contact us and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
